Directions
Do
not consume RedLine on an empty stomach. Consuming RedLine on an empty
stomach may cause nausea. Always begin use with one to two RedLine
capsules daily to assess tolerance. Never exceed more than six total
capsules daily or more than three caps in a four hour period. As a
dietary supplement take three capsules before morning cardiovascular
and/or resistance exercise. To avoid muscle catabolism (breakdown)
during a workout, always drink some type of high grade protein prior to
training.
