Recommended
Use: As a dietary supplement for adults take three to six capsules
total daily. Consume these capsules with your first and last meal or as
directed by a health care practitioner. Amino Acid Chelated Minerals
are assimilated better at night time and potentiate the release of
important anti-aging, muscle building and fat burning hormones such as,
IGF-1 (insulin growth factor-1), GH (growth hormone), testosterone
(highly important for men and women) etc. This is why it is so
important to utilize at least three CMZ capsules with your last meal of
the day. Store at controlled room temperature 59-86 degrees F (15-30
