Directions
Store
in a cool place. For best results use one serving (4 caplets) to two
servings of CEX daily including non-training days: 1) Prior to
training, CEX can be used by itself or consumed together with a shake.
Always utilize the CEX and supplement strategy two hours prior to
resistance training to ensure that muscles have a steady supply of
growth and recovery enhancing amino acids & bio-active creatine,
glutamine and beta-alanine ethyl esters. 2) For an explosive
synergistic effect on muscle growth & strength, consume CEX
combined with Nitronx immediately following and intense workout.
