Recommended
Use: For faster results, take four caplets of BCAAEX several times per
day including non-training days: 1. Prior to training, BCAAEX can be
used by itself or consumed together with zero impact protein shake.
Always utilize the BCAAEX and zero impact protein supplement strategy
two hours prior to resistance training to ensure that muscles have a
steady supply of growth and recovery enhancing amino acids. 2. For an
explosive synergistic effect on muscle growth & strength, consume
BCAAEX combined with nitronx immediately following an intense workout.
