Recommended
Use: As a dietary supplement, take 2-4 tablets on an empty stomach
three times daily (6-12 tablets per day), or as directed by a
healthcare professional. Best when taken on an empty stomach between
meals and before and after training. Note: As with all high potency
tablets, please break each tablet in half or chew. Take with plenty of
water.
