Directions
For
optimal digestion, add contents of one (1) packet to 16 fl oz of cold
water or milk and mix thoroughly in a shaker. Increase or decrease
amount of liquid added to achieve desired consistency. Drink
immediately for best results. Store in a cool, dry place.
