Directions
Mix
2 scoops in 12-14 oz (340-400 ml) of cold water. Loading Phase: First
time users - To obtain 20-30 gm of creatine per day for the first 4-5
days, we recommend spiking your Creatine Xtreme with a pure creatine
monohydrate supplement. Maintenance Phase: After loading phase - Use
Creatine Xtreme up to twice a day for 3 weeks. Thereafter, we recommend
cycling off Creatine for two weeks before restarting the maintenance
phase.
