Directions
Mix
2 scoops in 12 to 14 oz (340 to 400 ml) of cold water. Loading Phase:
First Time Users - To obtain 20 to 30 gm of creatine per day for the
first 4 to 5 days, we recommend spiking your Creatine Xtreme with a
Pure Creatine Monohydrate Supplement. Maintenance Phase: After Loading
Phase - Use Creatine Xtreme up to twice a day for 3 weeks. Thereafter,
we recommend cycling off creatine for two weeks before restarting the
