* Actual rate based on weight and destination of your order using USPS Priority Mail. NOTE: The shopping cart will not calculate the correct shipping amount. If the shipping cost exceeds $17.00, we will e-mail you a shipping quote for you to confirm before processing your order. Minimum shipping charge for Priority Mail is $8.99. APO/FPO Customers: To save money on shipping you should ship your order using Standard Ground to a physical street address within the U.S. (non APO/FPO), and then have someone forward the package to your military address.
Shipping charges for the method you choose will be displayed prior to checkout. Remember, you can always go back and choose a different shipping method. 2nd Day Air, and 3 Day Select packages are delivered in 2 or 3 BUSINESS days, respectively, from the day your order is shipped, NOT from the day you order.

Order Processing/Turnaround Time: Most orders will ship in 24-48 hours. Occasionally, an item you order may be out of stock. Please read our policy on backorders below.

Backorders: We try our best to keep everything in stock. However, in some cases one or more items from your order may be out of stock and unavailable. Your entire order will be held until all items are in stock. If it will take longer than 3 days to get the out of stock item(s), then we will send you an email and let you know.  Any item you order that has been either discontinued or is currently not available due to manufacturing problems will be removed/cancelled from your order, and you will not be charged for it. If you are purchasing several items and it is imperative that you receive each item, you may contact us for stock status before placing your order.    

Shipping Addresses: You must enter a valid physical street address as your shipping address. UPS does not ship to PO Boxes. Box numbers at college universities are okay; however, the address cannot say PO Box. It should read XYZ University, Box # or 123 Street Name, Box #. All commercial addresses require a company name. Note that your shipping and billing addresses can be different. Ex. Your credit card statements get sent to your PO Box, but you can have your order shipped to an alternate physical address such as home or work. Please, please check your shipping address for any errors before submitting your order. Errors and ommissions from your shipping address (i.e. wrong street number, missing apt/ste #, etc.) will result in delayed delivery or possibly your package being returned to us as undeliverable. We are not responsible for any delays due to customer error.

International Orders: Due to the frequent occurrence of lost shipments and customs seizures, we do not ship internationally. You must be shipping to an address within the United States to place an order at our store. Any order with an international shipping address will be cancelled. 

Lost Packages: UPS Ground packages should be delivered in 3-5 business days. If you think your package may be lost, please try to track your order before contacting us. UPS has a very robust tracking system that will tell you the date of delivery (or date of scheduled delivery), delivery location, time of delivery, and if applicable, who signed for the package. If the UPS tracking detail indicates delivery to an area of your home such as front door, garage, etc., please check all around the delivery area as well as your home. Sometimes drivers will hide small packages out of sight to prevent theft. Packages shipped to apartment complexes will often get delivered to your leasing office, which should be checked before contacting us. If you still can't find your order, let us know and we will contact UPS to do a driver follow-up to find out where it is. If after 8 business days UPS is unable to locate your package, you have the option of a full refund or reshipment of the order.


Return Policy:

Unopened Items: We will accept returns of unopened items for up to 14 days after you have received them for a refund minus a 15% restocking fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs.

Opened Items: Since we can't send back opened product, we are unable to accept returns of any items that have already been opened. Consider contacting the manufacturer for a free sample before purchasing a product you have never tried before.

Bars: Nutrition/protein bars containing chocolate can sometimes melt during hot weather while they are in transit being delivered to you. We cannot accept returns of any heat damaged/melted bars. Please keep this in mind before ordering during hot summertime months. If you receive melted bars, store them in a refrigerator for a few hours before opening them for the first time.

Missing/Incorrect Items: Please report any missing or incorrect items received within 24 hours so we can rectify the problem. In addition, discontinued items or items that won't be available for an extended period of time due to manufacturing problems or raw materials shortages will be cancelled/removed from your order and you will not be charged for it.

UPS Returns (undeliverable, refused shipment): If UPS returns your package to us for any reason, you will only be refunded for the original purchase price minus a 15% restocking fee and original shipping charges. UPS tracking numbers will be available, and it will be your responsibility to ensure that you have entered your correct shipping address and made every effort to obtain delivery. If you ever need to contact UPS, they can be reached at 1-800-PICK-UPS.

How to Return Items: Send an e-mail to service@buyritenutrition.com with your full name, order number, and product(s) you are returning. As long as your return adheres to our return policy we will issue an RMA number along with instructions on how to return your product(s). Before requesting an RMA number, make sure you have read and understand our return policy. Any package without an RMA number will be refused.


Damages:

If you receive damaged product, please send an e-mail to service@buyritenutrition.com with your full name, order number, daytime phone number, the product(s) that were damaged, and the nature of the damages. Keep all packaging material, boxes, etc., and DO NOT throw anything away. We will file a claim with UPS and send a replacement immediately. In some cases a UPS inspector may need to physically verify any damages.
